Sharing Meeting Links

Everyone knows that once a meeting is completed the work isn't done. From each Meeting Summary, Highlight enables you to share a public-facing link to the meeting summary and transcript.

The share link is available when you're reviewing a meeting from your history. Keep in mind the following:

• Share links are publicly available, and aren't restricted to your team

• Share links contain the full Highlight generate Summary

• The Full Transcript is also included in the share link.

  • It's best to keep in mind that each Highlight user can receive a slightly different transcript because the transcript is determined by their actual in-meeting experience. So, if you joined the call early and had a discussion with a colleague, the transcript will include that discussion even if others weren't in the meeting.
