Turn a chat into a skill

If you have repetitive work that you would like help with, Highlight has a feature called Skills where you can customize what the app can do for you.

If you've worked something out in a chat and you'll want to do it again, you can save the whole chat as a skill. There’s no need to separately open the Skills settings. Simply type in the chat @Skill Setup which uses a pre-configured skill to walk you through creating a new skill. How meta!

Along the say, Highlight will use the best practices to create your skill in a reliable way. We do recommend asking additional questions to refine the skill and to ensure that it will function how you want.

Once you create your skill, it will either run automatically, on a set time period, or you can run it within chat by typing @ + skill name or via a trigger.
