As an existing Highlight user, it is simple to Migrate to Highlight for Work. It takes about two minutes, and your notes and history come with you.

How to move

  1. Choose your plan and start your trial

  2. Download Highlight for Work

  3. Sign in with your existing Highlight account

  4. Your chat, history, and context transfer automatically

  5. Follow the short setup, then start with a meeting or a brief for your day

  • Your existing Highlight App works through November 15, 2026.

  • Existing users get a promotional trial when upgrading to Highlight for Work. Check your email for the specifics details related to your account.
