Your notes, history, and account when you move

When you move to Highlight for Work from an existing account, your chats, history, and context transfer automatically. Nothing is lost.

What transfers

• Your past chats, meeting notes, transcripts, and summaries.

• Your history and the context Highlight has learned about your work.

• Your account. Sign in with the same login.

What to expect

• The transfer happens when you activate Highlight for Work, and takes just a few minutes to upgrade.

• Your current Highlight stays available through November 15, 2026. After that it is retired and Highlight for Work becomes your Highlight.
