When will we retire the original Highlight app

The original Highlight will be retired on November 15, 2026. To keep using Highlight after that, move to Highlight for Work before then.

Key dates

• Now through November 15, 2026: the original Highlight keeps working while you move.

• November 15, 2026: the original Highlight is retired, and Highlight for Work becomes your Highlight.

What to do now

Download Highlight for Work and sign in with your existing account, or create a new account. For existing users, your notes and history come with your Highlight for Work account.

If you don't upgrade

After November 15, 2026, the original Highlight app will no longer be available. Move prior to that date then to keep your notes, history, and account active.
