If you want to permanently delete your Highlight account and all associated data, you'll need to contact our support team directly. There is currently no self-service option available in your account settings to delete your account.

To delete your Highlight account, follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team through the chat widget or email us directly at support@highlightai.com with your account deletion request.

2. Provide Your Email: Include the email address you used to sign up for your Highlight account in your request. This helps us locate and verify your account.

3. Confirm Deletion: Our team may ask you to confirm that you want to proceed with the deletion, as this action is permanent and irreversible.

4. Account Processing: Once confirmed, our team will manually delete your account and all associated data, including chat conversations and meeting notes.
