What's changing with Highlight's plans

On Friday, October 23, 2026, Highlight is moving to three plans: Free, Pro, and Max. If you're on a paid plan today, you'll get more meeting transcription and more credits, and there's nothing you need to do.

What this means for you
If you're on Lite
We're retiring Lite and upgrading you to Pro at the same $35 a month. You'll get 200 hours of meeting transcription (up from 20), 8,000 credits a month (up from 500), daily recaps, and built-in and custom skills.
If you're on Pro
Pro drops from $60 to $35 a month. You'll get 200 hours of meeting transcription (up from 50), 8,000 credits a month (up from 3,000), and custom skills, which used to be Max only. Since you already paid $60 for your current billing period, we're refunding the $25 difference to your original payment method.
If you're on Max
Max stays at $200 a month. You'll get 60,000 credits a month (up from 8,000) and 200 hours of meeting transcription (up from 80).
If you're new to Highlight
Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of Pro. When it ends, you continue on Free unless you upgrade.
When it takes effect
The new plans start on Friday, October 23, 2026. Your billing date stays the same.
