Highlight for Work Plans at a glance: Lite, Pro, and Max

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Highlight for Work comes in three plans: Lite, Pro, and Max. Here are the high-level differences. For exact limits and current pricing, see the current pricing page.

Lite

The essentials: meeting transcription, summaries, pre-meeting briefs, daily briefs, reminders, and chat. Best if you have a lighter meeting load and mostly want your notes and prep handled.

Pro

Everything in Lite, plus more meeting hours, more chat, daily recaps, and workflows that take repetitive work off your plate, like drafting the follow-up email, sending the Slack message, or updating the doc. Best if you are in meetings often and want the follow-up handled for you.

Max

Everything in Pro, plus unlimited meeting transcription, the most workflow and skill capacity, early access to new features, and white-glove support. Best for power users who want Highlight fully shaped around how they work.

For the full feature and usage breakdown, see the pricing page.

Choosing the right plan for how you work

Not sure which plan to pick? Here is a quick way to decide. For exact limits and pricing, see the pricing page.

Start with how much you meet

  • Lighter meeting load, mostly want notes and prep: Lite

  • In meetings often and want follow-ups and repetitive work handled: Pro

  • Heavy meeting load, or you want no limits and hands-on support: Max

Then think about how much you want automated

  • Just notes, summaries, and briefs: Lite covers it.

  • You want Highlight to draft and take actions across your tools: Pro or Max.

  • You are building custom workflows and skills at volume: Max.

You can change plans any time. If you are routinely hitting a limit, moving up usually pays for itself.
